Fear is a great reason that many do not start. We fear that we may fail. Inevitably, we fail because we do not start. Every journey begins with a single step. It seems like such a simple concept.

Life ultimately is simple. We have to dare to accomplish anything. Yet we fear and that fear can be crippling. What do we fear? We fear the judgment of others. Why? Do their opinions of our creative endeavors define us? They define themselves. We cannot fear judgment.

Nor can we fear failure. Without failure, we miss opportunities to learn and get better. We have to embrace the failure for through it, we become better.
